Do you have a mail order catalogue? We do not have a comprehensive catalogue as our product ranges are often being updated. However, we do periodically mail out supplements containing a selection of products, Please do contact us should you want a copy of our latest supplement.
How can I place an order? You can place an order on the website, over the phone or through the post.
Do you deliver to countries outside the UK? Yes, we do ship orders to countries outside the UK. We do not have any set postage costs. We will charge carriage at cost of sending.
I have received my order but there is an item missing, what should I do? You should check your invoice to see if there is an explanation as to why a product is missing from the order. If there is no note on the order, contact us on 01252 377677 and we should be able to help you.
How long after placing my order should I expect to receive it? We usually work on 3-5 working days for delivery, however during busier periods, such as show dates and Christmas, delivery may take slightly longer. We will endevour to get your order to you at the earliest convenience.
Can I return an item and have a refund? Providing the products are unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, you can return an item along with a copy of your invoice for a refund on the product cost. Also, if a product is faulty it can be returned with a copy of the invoice for a full refund.
Do you share my details with other companies? No, we don’t share your details with any other companies.
Is www.art-of-craft.co.uk secure? Yes, our website is completely safe to shop online. UK customers check out is currently processed by Netbanx secure payment system, whilst our International customers benefit from a 128-bit secure check out. No card details are kept on record, any that are taken over the phone or via the internet are destroyed once payment is processed.
Do you accept Paypal as a method of payment? Yes, we now accept Paypal as a method of payment. Please email or call us to place your order and we will send you a Paypal invoice. Please ensure that the delivery address is included with any order placed.
