| HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE |  |
 | Buying your craft needs from our on-line shop is simple and secure.
Browse through our extensive catalogue by clicking on the 'SHOP WINDOW' button on the left hand side of your screen. If you want a particular product or item but you're not sure where to find it try using the Search feature. Just click on the 'SEARCH HERE' button at the top of the screen.
If you want to repeat a previous order maybe with just a few alterations you can use the time-saving 'SAVE SHOPPING LIST' feature when you come to make your purchases (see below). | |

| | The items in our shop catalogue are grouped into a number of 'pages'. Use the scroll bar on the right of your screen to move up and down a page.You can move easily from one page to another using the various navigation buttons and labels.
Depending on the type of product an appropriate level of information (including pictures if available) will be displayed to help you in your choice. For some product groups (e.g. Templates and Stickers) containing a large number of lines the initial pictures may be in the form of small 'thumbnail' images. (This saves time in downloading the details of the product group to your PC screen). If you click on the thumbnail of the picture you wish to see in more detail a 'pop-up' window will be displayed containing a full-sized version of the picture. To return to the catalogue just close this window in the usual way.

 | Also, for some items which come in different sizes, colours etc. the different choices will be displayed in a 'drop-down' list when you click on the relevant box. You can then make your choice by a further click on whatever option in the drop-down list you require. If you want to order more than one option just repeat the process. | |

| | If you decide to add a particular item to your shopping basket just click on the 'Add to Basket' icon against the item. A screen will be displayed showing what you have put in your basket so far, including the item you have just added.
In most cases a quantity of '1' will be automatically shown against the item; if you wish to purchase more than one of any item just overtype the pre-set quantity of '1' with the number you want and then click on 'UPDATE'. Your shopping basket will then be re-displayed with your changes shown. |  |

 | If you want to remove an item from your basket altogether just click in the 'REMOVE' column against the item concerned so that a tick appears, then click on 'UPDATE'. Your basket will be re-displayed with the item removed. If you wish to go back to the shop to browse further or make more purchases just click the 'CONTINUE SHOPPING' button.
Remember that you can see what is in your shopping basket at any time and change quantities or remove items, by clicking the 'VIEW BASKET' button on the left hand side of your screen. | |

 | SAVE YOUR SHOPPING LIST
As a further time-saving feature our system allows you to save the details of your purchases for use as a repeat purchase in the future (with changes and additions as necessary) whenever your materials need replenishing. To do this click on 'VIEW BASKET' before you finally submit the order. Then click the 'SAVE SHOPPING LIST' button at the foot of that page; your purchase details will be preserved as a 'Cookie' on your own computer. Then go to the Check-Out as above.
The next time you log on to make your purchases go to the VIEW BASKET page and click 'GET SHOPPING LIST'. The details of your last order will be displayed. You can then change or delete items if you need to and add extra items by browsing the catalogue as described above. Check out your purchases in the usual way, remembering to save them again first if you need to.

| | When you have finished shopping click on the 'CHECK-OUT' button.
Your 'shopping basket' will be displayed, listing all the items you have selected, their price and total cost including VAT and postage/packing separately itemised for UK customers. Just follow the sequence of screens in the check-out process by typing in any information requested and then clicking 'NEXT'. You can cancel at any time before the final screen by clicking on 'CANCEL'. Click on 'BACK' to return to a previous step if you want to change anything.
If you are ordering from the UK you have a choice of two methods of payment:
On-line credit or debit card transaction (payment is authorised and transacted immediately by NetBanx);
Cleared cheque or Postal Order.
Orders from outside the UK must be paid for by Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) entered on-line for later authorisation and payment at time of despatch, at which time we will advise you by email of the cost of shipping.
You will also automatically be sent an e-mail confirming the details of your purchase. |  |
