A minimum order value of £5 applies to all payment methods.
We accept payment by credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or Debit Card (Switch or Visa) directly on-line at the time of order (UK only), or with card details entered on-line for subsequent processing (Non-UK only). We also accept payment by cheque or postal order payable to The Art of Craft Ltd, (UK only).
DO NOT SEND US YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD DETAILS BY EMAIL, which is an inherently insecure form of communication.
If you are shopping from outside the UK place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency when we charge your card at the time of despatch of your order. | |

| CREDIT/DEBIT CARD SECURITY
UK on-line credit or debit card transactions are authorised and processed on a separate, secure server (as indicated by the 'golden padlock' at the bottom of your screen) by Netbanx. All transactions are fully encrypted using SSL technology. No credit or debit card information is collected or stored on the Art-of-Craft server and we do not have any access to this information entered by you at the time of purchase.

| For non-UK orders, where we have to calculate and advise you of shipping costs subsequently (offline) at the time of despatch, we will capture your credit card details online at the time of purchase, under our totally secure 128-bit encryption system. | | CHEQUES/POSTAL ORDERS (UK only)
If you would like to pay by cheque or postal order, select the "Cleared Cheque/PO" option on the check-out screen and send us a personal cheque or postal order in pounds sterling for the total amount of your order (including delivery charge) payable to 'The Art of Craft Ltd'. We are only able to accept postal orders denominated in pounds sterling or cheques denominated in pounds sterling and drawn from a UK bank.
Paying by cheque will delay delivery of your order as we do not despatch your order until your cheque has been received and cleared.(usually a further five working days after receipt). | DELIVERY SCHEDULE
We will normally despatch your order within 5 business days if the items you have purchased are all in stock (see above regarding payment by cheque). However, during busy times please allow up to ten business days for despatch.
If any items are not currently in stock but are expected to be available within the following few days we will hold your order back for up to one week and then despatch the complete order. If any item is out of stock indefinitely, we will back order for you. You will always be notified and given the option of cancelling any item not currently in stock.
If an item is not currently in stock we reserve the right to substitute any item with something similar. Should you not wish to have any substitutes please mention this when ordering. | |

| GUARANTEE
The Art of Craft Ltd. operate a returns policy in accordance with the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations. In accordance with these you are entitled to a 'cooling off' period after placing your order. During this period you may cancel your order without giving a reason and return your goods within 7 working days following the day of receipt for a full refund of all charges other than postage. GOODS MUST BE RETURNED AS NEW AND UNUSED. Where goods are supplied in sealed packs or containers, the packs or containers must be unopened. The cost of and safe return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer. You are advised to obtain a proof of postage from the post office. The Art of Craft Ltd. cannot be responsible for the loss of any items during transit.
You must notify us of cancellation/return in writing (a telephone call is not sufficient) either by e-mail, fax (01252 377722) or write to The Art of Craft Ltd., 101 Lynchford Road, North Camp, Farnborough, Hants GU14 6ET Refunds will be processed within 30 days notice of cancellation.
