A4 Teal Pearlescent card
These two cards have been made with the new cosmic shimmer gilding polishes. Look how different the inks look on black compared to white. They are just stunning making super backgrounds and they work wonderfully on MDF giving a very good coverage, which dries quickly. Each pot has a built in sponge with a handle which makes them easy to apply.
Fold A4 pearlescent white to make card blank.
Cut a piece of white pearlescent card to measure 13.7 x 18.7 cm. Using gilding polish ocean teal go over as desired. When dry round the corners using corner punch (PP5107).
Cut another piece of white pearlescent card to measure 13 x 17.4 cm and emboss using dotted matrix (EFPP-007). Decorate using gilding polish ocean teal and Indian pink until you get your desired effect. When dry round the corners using corner punch (PP5107).
Using the fifth and the sixth largest die from double pierced oval (CED5514) cut both in white pearlescent card leaving the smaller oval blank and decorating the larger oval in gilding polish ocean teal.
Cut out blooming chrysanthemum (MB99418) in white pearlescent card decorating the flower in gilding polish Indian pink and the small butterflies in ocean teal. (the butterflies are on the blooming chrysanthemum die)
Assemble as shown.
Alternative design is made practically the same way but using A4 pearlescent teal card and A4 black card instead.
