Card of the week 266
CEDSS009 Happy Birthday
JGS637 Boy Racer
First off fold an A4 piece of white foundation card to make your card blank.
To make your layered background you’ll need to cut a piece of navy blue card to measure 17.4 x 12.8 cm followed by a piece of royal blue card to measure 16.6 x 12.1 cm.
Using JNDMM004 cogs cut a variety of cogs in navy blue card.
Cut a piece of white foundation card to measure 15.8 x 11.5 cm, now using JGS637 boy racer stamp a variety of the stamps in blue and black ink pads to create your background as desired. You could also use a dotty mask stencil and lightly daub over your design for extra effect.
Using a black inkpad and the motorcycle clear stamp from JGS637 boy racer, stamp onto a piece of white foundation card and cut around the design with scissors, colour using marker pens of your choice and finish off decorating with glossy accent.
Using CEDSS009 happy birthday cut the shadow in royal blue and the text in pearlescent white card.
Assemble as shown using foam pads on your cog and motorcycle cuts out and the rest with basic glue.
This card was made by Jane Gill using her fantastic Woodware stamps
