Making your design for the front of your box

Cut the curved edged square from JND051 square scene box using the white side from double sided cream/white pearlescent card, now distress around the edges using memento sweet plum ink pad.

Cut two leaves of your choice from JNDAD015 rose leaves In LKK-A446 olive linen card then distress over the cut outs using memento sweet plum ink pad.

Cut CEDME002 happy birthday in double sided cream/white pearlescent card then distress over using sweet plunk ink pad.

Assemble onto the front of your box finishing off with a ribbon and rhinestones as desired.

Making your design to put in the box

Cut in double sided cream/white pearlescent card using the die with the curved flap from JND051 square scene box. Now cut the curved crease flap off to make it into a square. Emboss the square cut out using EF-101 distressed lines then faintly go over the embossed areas with memento sweet plum ink pad.

Stamp the JND054 blousy poppy stamp onto LKK-A450 shell pink and cut out using the matching die JND053 (the die is designed to sit over the stamped images exactly to cut all the flowers in one pass – very quick and easy!). Distress the edges using the memento sweet plum ink pad. Use a hard mat and a large embossing tool to run over the back of the flower layers then turn over and push down in the centre to create shape.

Cut 5 leaves from JNDAD015 rose leaves in LKK-A446 olive linen card then distress the edges using memento sweet plum ink pad. Run a pokey tool along the veins to add a bit of definition and shape.

Cut the circle out from JND052 oakham lattice in double sided pearlescent cream/white card (if you do not have this cutting die you can use any circle die which measures roughly 6.3 x 6.3 cm or cut one out manually). Using a sentiment of your choice (we used the sentiment from JND50012 bee balm flowers) stamp in the centre of your circle in memento sweet plum, make sure its stamped on the cream side of the card.

Assemble as shown.
