Carriage for delivery in the UK is free for orders over the value of £20.00 GBP. Orders below this value will attract a carriage charge of £3.49 GBP.
For orders being dispatched overseas, carriage will be charged at cost. The website is currently set to charge all overseas customers a £12.00 GBP carriage charge. If there is a difference between this amount and the actual cost of the carriage, we will contact you to arrange payment of the extra, or refund the difference back to you.
We aim to dispatch the goods as soon as possible after the order has been accepted (subject to availability of stock). We generally dispatch using Royal Mail but would ask you please to allow adequate time for goods to reach you. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are damaged so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
