Instructions

Step 1
Cut the outside frame in black

Step 2
Use the frame and whichever decorative panel you chose taped together and cut in white

Step 3
You will need to repeat this step for the reverse of the card

Step 4
Use the largest circle and cut in black

Step 5
Add decoupage from SB10490

Step 6
Decorate the frame with flamingo liquid pearls in the snowflake centres
